Debit Card Disputes

Are you dealing with unfamiliar or inaccurate purchases? Here's what you need to do:

A merchant dispute happens when the amount you authorized differs from the actual charge. In this case, contact the merchant who charged your card first. Contact us if this doesn’t resolve the issue.

If you see an unauthorized charge on your debit card—contact us immediately. You must complete and sign a form at a branch or via secure email.

2. Step 2—Provide us with some information about yourself. It will only take a few minutes to apply.
