Before requesting a balance transfer, please ensure you have:

An open and existing CUA Visa^® credit card in good standing.
Enough available credit on your CUA Visa^®credit card to accommodate these transfers.

To request a balance transfer, you will need the account number and payment address of the creditor. This can be found on a statement or payment coupon.

CUA is hereby authorized to pay off the balance(s) due on the following charge account(s) by issuing the check(s) or electronic payment as indicated and adding the balance to my Credit Union of America VISA Card account (may not exceed CUA VISA Card credit limit).
